Hide a category in service portal based on role

I want to hide a category 'Can we help you?' for all end users in service portal

Hi there,

Out-of-the-box this is possible.

Just go to the Category in the Platform UI, add the Related Lists Available For / Not Available For, add the User Criteria appropriate for you (or create one).
