How to create a Catalog Item only available for certain non-ITIL users?

I am looking for certain customers to be able to fill in the request form and submit, but I do not want it to show in the catalog list to other customers. 

Is this possible please?

I am confused what you mean by the below:

Then within your catalog item, add the "Role" field to the form through designer. THEN, you'll need to go in to that table's client scripts and deactivate this onLoad script:

Could you explain further please?

I have created the role which doesnt have any permissions.
