How to create automated Problem ticket when incident ticket priority 1 ( Critical )

Hi All,

I am new to this servicenow my customer requirement is creating Automated problem ticket to when incident ticket is created with priority 1 and assign to group manager.

Can any one help me on this please...

You can automatically create a Problem based on certain Incident conditions using a business rule. Look here for some ways to do this: Regarding Incidents
