How to send survey notification once the incident is closed?

Hi,
How do I send survey notification to the caller once the incident has been closed? I have created survey trigger but it doesn't send out the notification. What am I missing here?

Is the one about using the survey event as a trigger but you can just as easily do it on insert on the assessment instance table

Hi G,
No need to create any additional notifications as one already exist. You just need to activate the survey notification feature by checking the checkbox on the Survey by navigating to Survey --> view surveys --> choose the survey you want to use, then check the box.
You can change the "Survey user invite".notification from notifications if you desire, but to trigger it all you have to do is choose the checkbox shown above.

Hi,
I have created survey and also enable notification checkbox.
But still notifications are not send to users.
