I've heard of ServiceNow license types as requestor, approver, fulfiller and Unrestricted. Is anyone aware of a license type which is named as "Pro". I aware of a licence type called "Pro"s like

Probably "Professional"? Though what's your question actually?

You might also want to consider the ServiceNow account rep for the company. The community is not a great place to ask about licensing. Licensing can differ per customer, discounts, per version, etc.. Also, what has been mentioned a month ago, could well be outdated.
