Sys id is showing as record name in the url

Reference field showing empty but while clicking on the preview icon, Sys id is showing as record name in the url. Please check the below image attached

What is the display- value on that table? Is the record itself still there? Does this user has permission to see the record itself (or the field that is set as display value)?

display value is name. That name is showing as sys id in the url

Hi @Nagasri ,

Could you please check whether user has appropriate roles to see the referenced field record or does the user have access to that record table, also check the acl on the reference field table.
