Hi Team,
When the incident is created the assignment group field is empty but in the xml the value is present. How its happening please help me to troubleshoot it.

What value is in the XML? It would beed to be the sys_id of a valid group in order for you to "see" a value in the assignment group field on the incident form.

Possibly you have assignment rules for your incident table (Check this one first)
Routiing and Assignments > Assignment rules
OR
you possibly have onsubmit or BR that autopopulates the assignment group
