Hi Rajesh,

Perhaps you meant to say a "real life" example. OOB (Out of the box) there's various examples.

For instance... you could have a service catalogue for IT Services from which you can request a New Laptop or a Laptop Upgrade Request. Within HR Services, you can pick the On boarding of a new employee, or also request a Certification.
