Workflows are not starting for any of the catalog item

Hi All,

The OOTB functionality of workflow not working as expected, if the workflow attached to catalog item also it’s not starting as it should work, I think some configurations changed to OOTB workflow functionality, so please some one can help to troubleshoot this issue.

Which OOTB work flow you are using and on which catalog item and where it stuck. Please provide more details to check and guide you.

Hi Atul,

We have catalog items which are having workflows assigned to all catalog items and when we raised request RITM getting created and when we are checking workflow context it’s showing there is workflow context to this like in separate tab this what it’s happening

Request state is setting to pending approval state and RITM stage is empty due to this the workflow or flow designer not starting
