Hi Team,

 

Need help on creating a incident ageing report for e.g. - 0-2 days , 3-7 days, etc. like that for the team.

Hi Ander,

I don't have access to this, as i have access to user interface only, in terms of user point of view i need to create a dashboard for the team which shows the bracket 0-2 days, 3-7 days incidents are open, is it possible without running any script

Yes, you don't need a script, but again you need access to create the report ranges. Please reach out to your ServiceNow admin and obtain access as described in the documentation:
