Is there any way of creating a dynamic report along with a dynamic scheduled email of report?

I need to send out a report of all open VITs to every group assigned to VITs daily. The problem is there's 37 groups that are assigned VITs, and this number my increase over time. I do not want to have to create a new report or new scheduled email of report each time. Is there any other way of doing this?
