Enable mutual authentication

    • You can configure a SOAP or REST message for mutual authentication using a protocol profile.

    Before you begin

    Role required: web_service_admin or admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Web Services > Outbound > SOAP Message or REST Message.
    2. Select a message record.
    3. Select the Use mutual authentication check box.
    4. In the Protocol profile field, select a protocol profile configured for mutual authentication.
    5. Click Update.
