    About Getting Started with Impact

    Get Started with Impact is a bundle of curated activities that help new Impact customers to begin their ServiceNow Impact journey. The following activities are available for Guided customers:
    • Impact Kickoff Meeting
    • Impact Product Tour

    In addition, the Advanced and Total packages are entitled to the following activities:

    • Executive Kickoff/meetings
    • Get Started with Instance Observer
    • Get started with Developer Support

    It’s a proven effective onboarding experience that is available as part of the Impact deliverable for Guided, Advanced, and Total Customers. The Impact Squad works with the customer to discuss their business objectives and create a plan to achieve them.

    Get Started with Impact provides standard prescriptive guidance specific to:
    • Learning about Impact and its offerings
    • Setting up Impact with its relevant features
    • Outlining the customer’s objectives and priorities
    • Receiving a personalized experience and plan to achieve those objectives and priorities
