Package Availability
This accelerator is available to customers with Impact Guided, Guided+ (Strategic Value or Platform Governance), Advanced, and Total packages under the applicable ServiceNow Impact Package and Accelerator descriptions.
What You Get
- Session Preparation: Provisioning of a temporary instance, installation of Process Mining plugins, and creation of base system projects.
- Customer Coaching Session #1 (up to 90 minutes): Includes an overview of Process Mining capabilities, demonstrations of the Process Mining Workspace and Reporting, a technical deep dive focusing on tuning projects, and delivery of leading practice guides and resources. Customers receive 30 days of access to the temporary instance.
- Customer Coaching Session #2 (Optional, up to 60 minutes): Provides an opportunity for Q&A and further discussion on Process Mining upon customer request.
Customer Roles and Responsibilities
- Platform Owner (Required): Accountable for the ServiceNow platform, provides leadership and governance aligned with business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap.
- System Administrator(s) (Required): Ensures platform stability and usability, manages application maintenance, support cases, and configures features related to ServiceNow releases.
- Reporting Lead(s) (Required): Coordinates with the ServiceNow Impact Accelerator Consultant, provides resource access, and drives engagement actions.
- Process/Service Owner(s), Process Lead(s), Service Manager(s), Trusted Service Partners (Recommended): Provide subject matter expertise, contribute to platform development, and support ongoing adoption of leading practices.
Important Considerations
- Access to the full accelerator or parts of it may be restricted in certain regulated environments such as FedRAMP, NSC DOD IL5, Australia IRAP-Protected data centers, self-hosted customers, or managed service providers (except for internal use).
- ServiceNow does not implement Process Mining recommendations on customer sub-production or production instances.

Exceptions
This Impact Accelerator in its entirety or portions of the Impact Accelerator Activities may not be available to customers in the FedRAMP, NSC DOD IL5, or Australia IRAP-Protected data centers, to self-hosted customers, or in other restricted environments, or to managed service providers (except for their internal use).
ServiceNow is not responsible for implementing Process Mining recommendations on customer’s sub-production or production instances.
