Deleting assets in bulk

Filter assets and do a bulk deletion in the Discovery Console for OT.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Assets page.
2. In the Filters pane, select the bottom tab, Filters.
3. Select the plus sign at the top of the pane.
4. In the new entry field, select a filter type from the pop-up menu by selecting the down arrow icon .
   For example, if you select Brand, a second entry field options and provides a pop-up list of brands. You can select more than one type of filter and the associated list, but you can only delete one group of assets.
   
   
5. After you have filtered your assets, select Enter.
   The selected assets are set in the filter pane.
6. Select the Action button.
   
   
   
7. Select Delete Assets.
   You are prompted to confirm that you are deleting assets.

Result

The bulk deleted assets are no longer in the Assets table.
