Download Console log files

The Console logs are available to download for tracking or troubleshooting purposes.

Log files

You can download log files for the Discovery Console for OT.

To download these logs, do the following.

• In the Console, go to the Settings page.
• On the Settings page, select the Log tab.
• In the drop-down field, select one of the date settings.
  • Today
    
    
  • Date range
    
    
  • Custom date
    
    
• Select Download Logs to download a compressed zip file of all log files.

Sensor log files

The Console has an early access capability for retrieving Sensor logs. Currently, accessing these logs requires deep technical expertise of the system. We recommend leaving this feature disabled unless directed to enable from Customer Service and Support.
