Welcome to the new world of work, where sustainability is now a business imperative. I think we can all agree that Earth is our favorite planet, and we all want a better world for ourselves and future generations. And, you and I are in a position to start making that happen.
We need to think about how we promote strategies that respect economic, social, and environmental well-being. Eighty-six percent of S&P 500 companies are publishing sustainability reports.
So, there’s buy-in for this, right? But the problem, well, the problem is tracking and reporting it is a bit like the wild west right now; a lot of sticky notes, and spreadsheets, and emails, and inconsistency. But people are finding ways to get consistency.

And, it also has an impact on the war for talent. If you look at Gen Z, the newest entries to our workforce, they’ve got opinions. They want to work for organizations that care about sustainability. And if you can lock down your future leaders by helping my favorite planet, then that’s transformation done right.
