Time Worked not updating Time Card consistently

Hello,

The task_time_worked table shows that many entries each day are missing a related Time Card. 

Is there a reason why Time Worked doesn't always create/update an existing Time Card?

Hey, 
i have an Similar Problem. Creating Time Worked on Incidents doesn´t create/update the Time Card Field at all.
Do you have the Same Problem?
Any solution for this?

Views don't accumulate time for us. Would really love to see why it doesn't on record views without a save or update. Is that required?
