Hi @Ghaith Alshorm1 ,

If your certification is at risk you can just take the Delta exam 🙂 
You are able to check that on Now learning > My Certifications 

If that is your case to take the Delta Exam you just need to follow this steps: Credentials - Completing Delta Exams (servicenow.com)

But if in your case your certification has indeed expired (not in risk) ,you are going to have to take the exam again 😅

Short answer is you have to re-take exam, there is no other way.

Hi @Ghaith Alshorm1 ,

No, this is not a re-take as other have mentioned but a delta exam to ensure that your certification is up-to-date with current version of ServiceNow. The delta exams will come yearly, and you have to complete the delta to keep a valid certification.
