Hi,
In the ServiceNow, reports if i share it to the end users time of the issues are different how can manage this kind of problem.
for example if i share it to a reports consists of 10 incidents under the same if any user from Kuwait/abhu dhabi or South africa their time zone is different.
how can we maintain this kind of problem?

Hi @kranthi2,
This is a common question and often misconceived.
ServiceNow stores all times in UTC Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). UTC provides a consistent reference point, simplifying calculations, comparisons, and conversions between ever-changing time zones.
As you've identified, when displaying local time to users, ServiceNow will apply and display the appropriate offset based on a user's location and system preference.
This is by design.
While reports always use the viewer's timezone, if you use Performance Analytics, you can (and do) lock the timezone.
Alternatively, if you're using scheduled reports, you can set the timezone. See the link below.
