When a particular field on a record is updated (select a field of your choice within the record of any table you like), there should be a notification received in ServiceNow instance that can be seen under the bell icon on the top right of the home page banner saying that the field is updated.

Hello @Manikya J V
In the main ServiceNow browser window, the bell icon that you see can be used to manage user notifications using the Core UI tab. Users can:
- Enable/disable notifications
- Add a new channel (email address, mobile device for push notifications, SMS, voice)
- Disable receipt of specific notifications
- Subscribe to subscribable notifications to receive notifications the user would not ordinarily receive
- Apply a schedule to a notification
You cannot trigger a notification here if the value for the field has changed.
