Email client template functionality not working as expected

Once we select an Email template on an incident and use that template to create an email from the incident, we have noticed the following behaviour. When we select a different incident template next time on the incident, although the system allows us to select a different template, the email that gets generated uses the original template we selected to create the email. 

 

Does anyone know how we can prevent this.

1. Could you refesh your page before choosing the next template.

2. try https://<instaceurl>.cache.do
