How to create the New Incident via link with some values populated like category and subcategory

Hi Team,

I am working on a ITSM module with Employee center portal.

There is a requirement like I have to create a link for incident form, When user clicks on that it should redirect to the a new record on employee center and it should also populate some fields like category and subcategory on employee center.

We have a record producer like create a incident where this two category and subcategory fields are there..

Actually what I want is that I have to prepare a link and give to the user, and when user clicks on that link it should redirect to the employee center portal where we have a record producer for Incident table and that form having category and subcategory field over ther need so be populated with some values.
