My apologies, I am not overly familiar with UC4 beyond it being a job scheduling service. The short answer to your question though is that nearly anything (with rare exceptions) can be integrated with ServiceNow. The exact method that you choose to integrate will be more dependent on what your resources / preferences are.
ServiceNow works with web services (SOAP and REST) in addition to whatever else you can dream up.

ok I realize I didn't word that very well now. What I really would like to know is whether a customer who already owns SCORCH and UC4 why would I need to purchase the Service-Now Orchestrator if I wanted to do what it claims it can do? What are the differences of each or would one of these do all that SN Orchestrator can do? Say I want to use the Password Reset plugin (I understand I would need to purchase the user license agreement) but since I already have SCORCH can I use that instead of having to pay for the monthly license of Orchestrator through Service-Now?
