Changing Look and feel of Snow

Hi All , 

I am looking to change the complete look and fell of the servicenow application in quebec version . In the sense that , I want to apply a specific style and font for Button , Textbox , dropdown list , list collector , reference field etc

for Ex

1 . My Snow application button should look like Red background color and black Text .   

2 . My Snow application Text box should look like black background and while text . 

This needs to be done to entire fields which is available in servicenow . 

Please let me know how i can achieve this level of customization .
