Report how many cases were pending on a past date

Hi everyone, hope that you can help me,

I'm trying to make a report that shows the sum of pending incidents that a month had day by day.

 

I made a report that tracked all the pending incidents.

I used the incidents table and filtered by "updated to pending customer actions".

But I need to know how many pending cases were active at that day, even with a trend, the report only shows the actual state of those task and not the state that the incident had that day.

 

Is there a way that this can work?.

Hi @RominS,

 

You will not be able to achieve it via report, you will have to use Performance Analytics to take a daily snapshot.

Note that PA requires a subscription.
