I have created a scope app called "Automation" and created a table - "Automation Case". On this table, few Record Producers are built. Also, I have created a new portal and new workspace in this scoped app.
Now there are two types of users who use this application - Fulfillers and Requesters.
The Requesters should have access only to the portal. Basically if I impersonate a Requester, they should directly go to the Portal page. I have seen that snc_internal role can give access directly to the portal. But when given the snc_internal role to a Requester, it is opening the portal view but it is not Automation portal which I have built.
I'm not understanding how to handle the access of Requesters and Fulfillers in a scoped App.
Can anyone please guide me
