The keyword to search the result in Service portal is not working.

Hi,

   I have publish a knowledge article under a knowledge base with Can Read and have provided that it should be shown only in sp portal.

I have logged in to that particular user who have access to that article, when I search with the keyword the result is not showing up but while directing going on to the "Self help" and clicking on that category under the knowledge base it shows.

Why is search result not working in service portal?
