Hello 
The popup does not appear when I right-click to approve the requested item. 
Also, the below things are not working for only a single catalog item - 

• Funnel Icon
• Context Menu

I've attached the image below. 

Is that because using Parallel in flow (And not calling 'if' inside parallel) ?? 

Any assistance in resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated.

I identified the solution: the undesired behavior stemmed from using g_form.getField in the UI policy, which was causing an error.
