VIP User - Flag - add to Workspace

The VIP color flag is not showing up in Agent workspace Incident form.

The VIP flag shows in the platform but not in Agent Workspace.

How do I add the flag to worksapce?

Highlight list won't work for Reference fields , see below doc.

I suggest you create VIP flag and set to true in case of VIP ticket and use Highlight list method to make this work

While it may not be ideal, I did find that it was possible to add a true/false "flag" to the Form Header for our Incident table:

Workspace Experience>Forms>Workspace Form Headers

From here I opened the "incident" table entry and added a new "Secondary Values" entry called "caller_id.vip" which is referencing the VIP field on the caller_id record.

It looks like this for a non-VIP:
