Yes and I already replied multiple times on that. Is it that you don't know where to find the conversational interfaces settings? and the branding record?

To Edit and Disable Menu Items in Branding

Step 1: Go to the All Navigator, and search for Brandings. Open the [sys_cs_branding_setup] table.

Step 2: Find and open the branding record that suits your requirement.

Step 3: Ensure that you are in the correct application scope. Scroll to the bottom of the record to see the Menu Items section.

Step 4: To disable a menu item, simply set the Visible field to False.

Step 5: To edit the menu item, click on the Preview and then hit the Open Record button.

Step 6: Make the required changes to the Menu Item values as per your needs.
