Show the list of Knowledge Articles pertaining to that user's products in Virtual Agent

The requirement is to show the list of Knowledge Articles the logged in user has and show the list in Virtual Agent.

For example,

If Steve Jobs has subscribed to Apple products, he should be able to see the list of KBs pertaining to Apple in "raise a service request" topic in Virtual Agent.
