    • Automation Center uses CSDM tables. Several ServiceNow products benefit from and add value to Automation Center.

    CSDM tables used by Automation Center

    • cmdb_ci: Stores all automations before they are displayed in the Automation Center dashboard.
    • cmdb_ci_automation: Stores automations from cmdb_ci_flow_automation, cmdb_ci_base_rpa_process, and cmdb_ci_rpa_process.
    • cmdb_ci_flow_automation: Stores flows that are tracked as automations.
    • cmdb_ci_base_rpa_process: Stores third-party Robotic Process Automation data.
    • cmdb_ci_rpa_process: Stores ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation data.
    • cmdb_ci_base_rpa_robot: Stores third-party robot data.
    • cmdb_ci_rpa_robot: Stores ServiceNow robot data.
