Align source and destination fields

    • Align the source and destination fields to ensure that the selected output from the selected action align correctly with ServiceNow tables enabling accurate integration of automation data.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ac.automation_technical_user or sn_ac.automation_admin with ihub_import

    Proceed from the Verify and test section. For information on verifying and testing configuration settings, see Verify and test.

    Procedure

    1. Drag each source field to map with the destination field.
    2. Select Save and continue.
      The Add source values sub-section of Align values section is displayed.
