  • Track ServiceNow flows and actions as automations so you can view summary and detailed information of the flows and actions in the Automation Center Workspace.

    This video show you how to perform the following procedure.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ac.automation_technical_user or sn_ac.automation_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Automation Center > Administration > Automation Tracker.
    2. On the Automation Tracker page, select New.
    3. On the form, specify the flow or action that you want to track as automation.
    4. Select Submit.

    Result

    Refresh the Automation Trackers list to view the newly created automations.
