RPA Hub

The components under RPA Hub enable interactions with the RPA Hub and ServiceNow platforms. The robots designed in RPA Desktop Design Studio can interact with various ServiceNow platform-related features. You can find components to do the same under this category.

• Common
  The common components enable you to connect to a RPA Hub instance and impersonate a robot under a bot process.
• Credentials
  The Credentials components retrieve or update the login credentials in the RPA Hub applications.
• Process Parameters
  The Process parameters components enable you to get or update the values of the process parameters you had set for bot processes in the RPA Hub.
• Queue
  The Queue connector enables you to create and manage work items on a queue created in the RPA Hub.
• Shared Parameters
  You can set parameters and their values that are shared across bot processes in the RPA Hub. The Shared Parameters components enable you to get the values of one or more such parameters.
• Use the Log component
  Capture custom messages as automation logs by using the Log component in an automation in RPA Desktop Design Studio. With this component, you can write custom messages as automation logs and view them from a unified space so that you can track the progress of an automation.
