Creating automation request from Task Mining

Use ServiceNow Otto for Automation Center to create an automation request from the Task Mining workspace.

With the ServiceNow Otto for Automation Center plugin, you can create automation requests directly from the Task Mining Workspace. To use this feature, you must also activate the User task step summarization skill.
