    • Activate the user task summarization skill to create an automation request from the Task Mining workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_generative_ai.nsa_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills.
    2. Select Other under Platform.
    3. Turn on the User task step summarization skill from the list.
      The skill is activated on your instance.
