How to get next best action guidance on workspace

Hi everyone,
I have created next best action rule with recommended next best actions and actions. I have created the associated subflow too, but when I log in with my admin, customeservice_agent user in the csm configurable workspace I still dont see my Next Best actions (see attachment).
What could be the problem I followed some example in my pdi with the demohub.
What part could be the problem? Thanks for your help.

Yes I guess I did not missing anything. I added the related parts in the system as Screenshots.
I wanna achieve that I can change the assignment group and assigned to fields via next best action.
Did you see anything wrong or I missed something?
