Hi,
In the latest Content publishing plugin, the new Content search source is available. Im looking for a way that i see rich content that is only published on a specific taxonomy. We have multiple portals and some use different taxonomies. I just dont want that end users can search on content items that are published on different taxonomies than what is linked to the portal.
I cant find any field in the condition option to filter on published taxonomy or/and page.

We are facing the same issue, anyone from ServiceNow has a solution to this?

I'm thinking with ServiceNow vision of the employee center being a single portal, they have probably missed this off. You're probably best off logging this with support, but I'm thinking it would be unlikely that they will fix it.
If they're unwilling to fix it due to it working as designed. The easiest fix would be to put a reference field on the content table that references the taxonomy it will be available for. But this would be a customisation and would impact your upgrades and patching, so you need to think if it's worth the effort.

But ServiceNowOOTB approach is to have multiple portals. One of new hires, one for anonymous reporting, one for employees, one for career etc. etc. They all can have their own Taxonomy.
