Attestation Designer (control objective) Questions for multi-language

I have some business requirement to use GRC application with multi-language.

The existing solution is developed with the Attestation Designer (not a survey).
The Designer is shared by multiple control objectives.

@CK20,

Firstly, for these types of questions (translation etc) it's probably best to raise them in our i18n forum here,

I've had a quick look at the "Control Objectives" table, and it appears that the "name" field is a string field ootb. This essentially means that as-is the strings wouldn't be translatable. Therefore, to make them translatable you would need to change the field type to "translated_text" then the translations would reside in the [sys_translated_text] table.

To learn more about how the 5 translation tables work, please check this blog post here, to learn more about translation capabilities in the platform check out our mega-thread here,

Also, I'd suggest raising an "IDEA" to have the field changed ootb. If raised I will keep a close eye on it and raise it with the product team,

Many thanks,
kind regards
