Now Mobile app

I've just downloaded and signed in to the Now mobile app.

 

It all looks get except that if I click on support, the area is a blank screen. Should it not enable a user to create an incident? How does that get enabled?  Does something need to be turned on in the instance?

"Support" is something different. To create a incent in the Mobile App the user has to use the respective record producer in the Service Catalog.
