Catalog item try it form page is not showing some variables and it is behaving differently , but in portal its showing correct form

are you having any catalog client script which is hiding it on native view by setting UI Type - Desktop?

Hi Ankur 

there are no catalog client scripts 

but if we select number request 1 it will show below variables 

After filling and submitting the form if we open RITM only Approval group variable is showing

Here i need all the variables on the form is to be displayed on RITM also

There are Catalog UI policies on every UI policy I checked "Applies on Requested Items"

Hey Karthik,

You need to make the field as Global as true, if you open the dictionary of the variable. Mark Global as true. This will make it visible on the RITM and Task record.
