Facing issue related to ServiceNow scripting pallet.

Hi All,
I have a query regarding the window where we write our scripting. The main problem is it is not showing the method suggestion when we dot walk through objects. I have tried everything like upgrade my instance, change the browser, Uninstall the extension (Sn util), clear the cache, cookies and browsing but its not working. I am attaching the screenshot hope I can find a way to deal with it.

Could you please check whether the below property is set to true,

glide.ui.syntax_editor.autocomplete
