Hi all.
i am trying to add one custom button below actions dropdown after case button in Standard Ticket Header widget. so this widget is dependent on Case Ticket Action widget. so in order to add one custom button. what changes needed in case ticket action widget and Standard Ticket Header widget. so the custom button will open one model. so what changes required here.
