Create list fields

  • Create customized lists with fields tailored to your needs.

    The form you complete varies depending on whether you choose to base your list on an existing one (Start from existing) or create a new list (Create your own).

    표 1. Start From Existing form
    Field Description
    List Existing list that you want to modify.
    List Name Name for your list. The default name in this field is the name of the existing list in the List field with - Copy appended.
    Select columns Record fields to include in list view. The columns from the list you selected appear. You can add or remove columns to modify the list.
    Add Filters Condition used to filter the list. By default the conditions applied to the list selected appear. You can modify this condition.

    Field Description
    List Name Name for your list.
    Select Source Source table for the records.
    Select columns The columns to display in the list. This field is populated with columns from a Workspace list view if one exists. If a Workspace list doesn't exist, the columns are populated with the Default list view of the table selected.
    Add filters Condition used to filter the list.
