OKTA Spoke - OKTA Group table data issues

Seeing some interesting behaviour on what I presume is a remote table via the OKTA Spoke, some records are returning no Group ID (is empty) if you filter the table for the group name, however if you filter for the actual group ID the correct record is returned with the data populated.

The (is empty) value being returned as standard in the table is causing issues with an automated fulfilment flow.

Concerned we are hitting some capability limits of the remote table and wondering if we should move to another method of storing this table?
