Why i am not able to see "Role " option to share a dashboard based on role in Dashboard?

Hi All,

 

Actually Basically when we open a dashboard, we click on share option, then we can see, All, Groups and users, But  i cannot see the "Role" to share based on the role in Dev , but in UAT i can see

please help me to achieve this

  • Open the dashboard you want to share.
  • Click on the "Share" button located on the top right corner of the screen.
  • In the "Share Dashboard" dialog box, click on the "Add" button.
  • In the "Add Share" dialog box, select "Role" from the "Type" dropdown menu.
  • In the "Role" field, enter the name of the role you want to share the dashboard with.
  • Select the appropriate permissions for the role in the "Permissions" section.
  • Click on the "Add" button to save the share settings.
  • Also check if you have same roles in dev and UAT
