Manage Recommendation details in Impact Store

    • Use the recommendations details page to view the details for a recommendation and to manage the work items created using the SPM and Collaborative Work Management (CWM) recommendation.

    You can access the recommendation details by selecting View Details for a recommendation on the home page or Recommendations List.

    The recommendation details page displays information for a recommendation including category, effort, impact, and the date on which the recommendation was added.

    You can use the Overview section to view detailed and relevant information regarding the recommendation for your product area.

    Work items tab in recommendations window

    The Work Items section of the recommendations page displays the actionable SPM and Collaborative Work Management (CWM) work items created for the selected recommendation. You can use the Work Items section for the following actions.
    • Delete for deleting a selected work item.
    • Open Link to view the selected work item on the SPM or the CWM workspace.
    • Hide to hide the selected recommendation.
    • Convert to work item to create a new work item from the recommendation from the available work item types.
      Note:
      Recommendations that are created via rule engine or manually created by Impact squad user, which are not associated with any initiative or accelerator type, except for free form initiatives, can be converted into an SPM entity such as a demand, epic, project, or any other available options.
