    Accelerator Overview

    Jumpstart Your AI Control Tower: AI Life cycle provides Impact customers with guided coaching that builds on the Jumpstart Your AI Control Tower: Foundations technical accelerator by taking customers deeper into the operational reality of AI governance.

    It walks through key personas, their responsibilities, and the full AI system life cycle from intake to retirement. Through an overview and applied demonstration, customers experience real-world scenarios—onboarding assets into inventory, triggering risk and compliance workflows, and connecting value dashboards to business outcomes.

    By the end of the engagement, customers have the knowledge and context to position AI Control Tower within their governance strategy, identify ownership across each stage of the life cycle, and turn visibility into measurable, compliant AI adoption at scale.

    This Accelerator is available for Impact Guided, Guided+ (SV or PG), Advanced, and Total packages.

    Prerequisites

    • Customer has completed the Jumpstart Your AI Control Tower: Foundations accelerator or possesses equivalent foundational knowledge of AI Control Tower.
    • AI Control Tower is deployed and available in the customer's environment.

    • Provisions a temporary instance.
    • Activates and configures required plugins.

    • Overview of how to onboard and manage new AI assets.
    • Step-by-step walk-through of the AI Control Tower life cycle.
    • Demonstration of how different personas collaborate across each stage of the life cycle.

    Opportunity for Q&A related to AI Control Tower.
    Outputs

    Platform Owner Responsible for the overall accountability of the ServiceNow platform. Provides leadership and oversight to the System Administrators, ensures team alignment to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap, and is actively involved in the overarching governance of the platform.
    System Administrator(s) Responsible for maintaining the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform by performing application maintenance, managing support for Cases related to ServiceNow applications, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
    Subject Matter Expert(s) Responsible for managing risks across the AI life cycle and ensuring that AI assets comply with regulations, industry standards, and governance frameworks.
    Developer(s) Write code for the ServiceNow platform.
    Trusted Service Partners Attend ServiceNow Impact Accelerator coaching session(s) to understand leading practices and potentially support the customer going forward.
